Frequently Asked Questions

• When will I get my tickets?
  You'll receive your tickets via email or inside your EventureX account once the seller confirms delivery. Usually within a few hours.
• I made a bid – why was I charged?
  If your bid was accepted, a temporary charge is placed on your account. If it fails later, the amount is refunded.
• How do I receive my ticket after purchase?
  Tickets are delivered digitally via email or downloadable from your EventureX account dashboard.
• When do I get paid after selling a ticket?
  Payments are processed within 3–5 business days after the event has taken place.
• How do I link my bank account?
  Go to your Account Settings > Payout Preferences and follow the steps to securely link your bank.
• I sold tickets and need to cancel the sale
  You must contact EventureX Support as soon as possible. Cancellation may lead to penalties if already purchased.
• Need to cancel a purchase
  EventureX has a no-cancellation policy once purchase is confirmed. Contact support only in extreme cases.
