3. Ticket Purchases and Payments

By purchasing a ticket on EventureX, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the transaction. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless an event is canceled or rescheduled, subject to the event organizer's policy. We act as an intermediary between you and the event organizer, and we are not responsible for the event itself.

• Prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change.
• Payment must be made through our approved payment gateways.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase. This email is your proof of purchase.

4. Event Cancellations and Rescheduling

If an event is canceled, we will attempt to provide a refund as per the event organizer's instructions. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will typically be valid for the new date. It is your responsibility to verify the new date and time. We are not liable for any costs incurblue due to event changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EventureX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
